Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 eg mix well
- 1 onion
- 450 gr meat (ground)
- 18 gr tomato paste
- 14 gr butter saute
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr turmeric on rice
- 1 gr turmeric
salt ( half t.), and water (about half saucepan). Bring to a boil. Make palm-sized meatballs and place in boiling mixture. Cook about half hr. Serve in bowls with broth. Yogurt and pickles on the side.
