Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 250 gr salmon
- 240 ml milk
- 110 gr cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 16 gr onion (chopped)
- 1 gr basil
- 1 gr tarragon
- 1 gr oregano
- 1 gr parsley
Grease an 20 cm pie plate. Sprinkle cheese and onion on bottom. Drain salmon and flake over cheese and onion. Mix together eggs and milk and pour evenly over all. Sprinkle with seasonings and herbs. Bake at 350 375� for 50 minutes or until set. Serve hot.
