Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 300 gr macaroni
- 260 gr sausage meat
- 120 gr cottage cheese
- 85 gr mushrooms
- 60 ml spaghetti sauce
- 1 gr pepper
- 1 gr garlic powder
- 1 ml dry mustard
- 1 gr oregano
- 1 gr basil
Breadcrumbs (opt) Grated cheese Preheat oven to 180ºC . Saute sausage meat till light brown. Drain fat, separate meat with fork, set aside. Saute onion, garlic & mushrooms. Add sausage meat, spices. Stir in sauce. Add macaroni & stir. Arrange alternate layers of macaroni-meat mixture and cottage cheese; ending with meat. Top with bread crumbs & cheese if desired. Bake at 180ºC for 25-30 min.
