Ingredients
- 15 lasagna noodles (uncooked)
- 475 ml milk
- 350 ml sauce in an ungreased
- 475 ml chicken broth
- 270 gr garlic
- 220 gr mozzarella cheese
- 120 gr cottage cheese
- 110 gr butter
- 90 gr crabmeat bite size (cut)
- 85 gr bay scallops bite siz (cooked)
- 85 gr shrimp bite size (cooked cut)
- 80 ml dry wine (white)
- 65 gr flour
- 60 gr green onions
- 1 gr pepper
- 1 gr basil
- 1 gr salt
the cheese over the noodles. Spread with another 1.5 cups of sauce and then top with another 5 lasagna noodles. Spread seafood over this layer and top with another 1.5 cups of sauce. Cover with the last 5 lasagna noodles and top with all of the remaining sauce. If desired, top with half cup grated parmesan cheese.
