Ingredients
- 2 carob powder
- 1/2 am sunflower seeds
- 240 ml honey
- 190 gr am sesame seeds
- 110 gr am peanut butter
- 65 gr nuts (chopped)
- 60 gr coconut
- 3 gr sea salt
Mix first four ingredients together. Mix remaining ingredients in a separate bowl, then stir into dry mixture. Spread into an oiled, square casserole dish. Freeze until firm, then slice into bars and serve.
