Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 475 ml buttermilk
- 250 gr all purpose flour
- 45 gr melted butter
- 14 gr sugar
- 7 gr baking powder
- 3 gr baking soda
- 1 gr salt
Beat eggs; Add buttermilk. Sift flour, soda, baking powder, salt and sugar blending well; add to egg mix; add melted butter; mix well. Drop by spoonfuls onto lightly greased griddle and brown on both sides, cooking until done. (Griddle should be medium high heat). Hint:: To make buttermilk: Add 1 tablespoon LEMON JUICE (REALEMON BRAND) per cup of milk. One serving equals three 10 cm pancakes. Approx. 6 servings per recipe.
