Ingredients

- 5 feet hog
- 1,400 gr turkey meat
- 8 gr fennel seed (crushed)
- 6 gr pepper (crushed red optional)
- 6 gr black pepper
- 3 gr garlic powder
- some garlic
Prepare casings. Using fine disk, grind turkey, mix with remaining ingredients and grind again. Stuff into casings and twist off into 8 cm links. Cook in vegetable oil until browned and cooked through.
