- 24 pear tomatoes (yellow)
- 290 gr thinly smoked salmon (sliced)
- 80 gr torn greens
- 30 ml olive oil
- 18 gr capers (drained)
- 1 slice onion (white)

In fact, the last thing my mother gave me as I was ending my latest visit home was a whole smoked salmon to bring back to the States.
