- 24 cherry tomatoes (red)
- 24 pear tomatoes (yellow)
- 290 gr thinly smoked salmon (sliced)
- 80 gr torn greens
- 30 ml olive oil
- 18 gr capers (drained)
- 1 slice onion (white)
