- 270 gr pecans
- 250 gr all purpose flour
- 230 gr butter
- 50 gr granulated sugar
- 4 gr vanilla
Powdered sugar for rolling Recipe by: Land O Lakes Cookie Collection Heat oven to 325. In large mixer bowl, combine flour, nuts, granulated sugar, butter and vanilla. Beat at low speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed, 3-4 minutes. Shape rounded teaspoonfuls of dough into 3 cm balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 18 to 25 minutes, or until very lightly browned. Remove immediately. Roll in powderwhile still warm and again when cool. Makes about 3 dozen cookies. ----
