Ingredients
- 10 mint leaves
- 5 coriander leaves
- 3 scallions
- 2 shallots
- 170 gr chicken breast (cooked)
- 30 ml lemon juice
- 16 ml soy sauce (light)
- 1 gr chili powder
- 1 slice green pepper
Chop the chicken breast then mix together all the ingredients except the garnish. Sprinkle with the chopped mint and coriander leaves. Serve with plain rice. Also from Discover Thai Cooking.
