Ingredients
- 3 cranberries
- 1 naval orange
- 240 ml honey
- 240 ml water
- 120 ml water to a in a saucepan (boil)
- 5 gr ginger
- 1 gr cinnamon
- 1 gr cardamom
simmering cranberry mixture with remaining half cup of water and spices. Stir well and simmer an additioal 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Chill before serving.
