Ingredients
- 950 gr garbanzo beans
- 120 ml chicken broth
- 60 gr onion
- 34 gr tomato paste
- 16 ml vegetable oil
- 5 ml mustard seed (whole)
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr cinnamon
Cook and stir the mustard seed and onion in the vegetable oil in a 2 litre saucepan until the onion is tender. Stir in the remaining ingredients and cook, stirring occasionally, until the beans are heated through, about 5 minutes. Serve
