Ingredients
- 2 jalapeno chiles
- 2 garlic (cloves)
- 375 gr tomato paste
- 350 ml beer
- 240 ml catsup
- 180 gr onion
- 110 gr brown sugar
- 60 ml lime juice
- 16 ml worcestershire sauce
- 16 ml vegetable oil
* Jalapeno chiles should be seeded and finely chopped. ~------------------------------------------------------------------------Heat all ingredients to boiling in a 2 litre saucepan; reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 1 hour; stirring occasionally. Makes about 5 cups of sauce.
