Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 20 gr parmesan cheese (grated)
- 16 ml vegetable oil
- 2 packages leaf spinach (frozen whole)
- 1 package cream cheese
Cook spinach and drain thoroughly. (Squeeze out excess water in spinach.) Mix d rained spinach and 8 ounce cream cheese. Beat eggs, salt and pepper and add to spinach mixture. Add Parmesan cheese. Place mixture in 23 cm pie pan. Beat 2 e ggs and oil . Pour over top of spinach mixture. Bake in 375 degree oven for 3035 minutes. Slice and serve.
