- 1 garlic clove
- 1 cucumber
- 1 italian seasoning
- 1 tomatoe
- 1/2 beef in oil till browned on all sides (hot)
- 450 gr beef round steak
- 230 gr spinach leaves
- 80 gr mushrooms
- 10 ml oil
- 3 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
- 1 slice green pepper
- 1 slice onion
serving bowl; keep warm. Add spinach leaves to wok; cover and cook for 1 minute or till slightly wilted. To serve, arrange spinach on four bowls or plates; spoon meat mixture atop.
