Stuffed Flank Steak

Pound steak to tenderize. Cut pocket in center of steak. Combine remaining in gredients and mix well. Stuff steak and secure opening with skewers. Broil 8 cm from heat 3-4 minutes on each side, or longer to taste. To serve cut th in slices diagonally across grain.
