Ingredients
- 1 1/2 equal sweetener
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 475 ml water
- 170 gr raisins
- 160 gr rolled oats
- 130 gr flour
- 95 gr shortening
- 7 gr vanilla
- 5 gr baking soda
- 3 gr cinnamon
- 1 gr salt
Combine raisins and water & cinnamon in saucepan under low heat for 15 mins.
Let cool. Add beaten egg & shortening, oats, sweetener & vanilla. Sift flou r, salt, soda & cinnamon. Mix all together well. Pour into a greased 1 layer cake pan & bake at 180ÂșC . for 30-35 minutes by Amie Lee Hale From Louisiana Woman's ministries (Assemblies of God)
