Ingredients
- 2 garlic (cloves minced)
- 1 dry
- 240 gr dry fusilli
- 120 gr golden raisins
- 95 gr carrot (chopped)
- 90 gr steamed (lightly)
- 65 gr green (chopped)
- 65 gr zuchini (chopped)
- 120 ml sweet rice vinegar
- 60 gr green onions (chopped)
- 14 gr sugar
- 14 gr parsley (chopped fresh)
- 10 ml dijon mustard
- 4 gr salt
brown rice, cooked (don't know how much it makes cooked) combined with: 1 cup dry couscous (soak for 20 minutes in 1.3333333333333 cups boiling water) -or, combine with any other grains such as quinoa, barley, or whatever you like ~I think this would also be delicious and nutritious if beans (white, garbanzos, black) were added to the pasta or grains-use your imagination and let me know how it goes!
