Ingredients
- 1/2 tumeric
- 950 ml vegetable stock
- 300 gr sweet corn kernals
- 50 gr celery
- 28 gr ribbon noodles
Salt & pepper to taste Bring stock to a boil. Add noodles and sweet corn and boil 5 mins. Add celery and tumeric. Stir well, reduce heat, and simmer another 10 mins.
