Ingredients
- 300 ml milk
- 120 gr swiss cheese (shredded)
- 5 gr butter
- 4 gr onion (minced)
ds Salt ds Pepper In 2 litre saucepan, saute onion in butter until tender. Stir in gravy, milk and broccoli; heat slowly, stirring occasionally. Add cheese, salt and pepper; heat until cheese is melted, stirring frequently. Makes 4 servings (about 4 cups).
