Ingredients
- 2 egg
- 450 gr beef
- 230 ml taco sauce
- 150 gr cheddar cheese soup
- 140 gr green pepper
- 120 gr rice
- 120 gr onion
- 100 gr celery
- 6 gr garlic salt
Mix all but last two ingredients. (I puree vegetables in blender rather than chopping.) Form meat balls and place in 10.5 qt. dish. Bake at 180ÂșC or 30 minutes. While baking, heat taco sauce and soup on stove. Pour over meatballs and bake another 30 minutes.
