- 1 avocado
- 700 gr beef (ground)
- 180 ml water
- 130 gr mix meat
- 55 gr cheddar cheese
- 30 gr onion
- 18 gr taco seasoning mix
- 5 ml worcestershire sauce
- 3 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
melted, about 2 minutes. Serve sauce over the patties. NOTE: You can substitute 1 medium tomato, sliced for the avocado rings.
