- 1 jellyroll (pan)
- 525 gr frostin chocolate in a microwave safe bowl (garnish)
- 400 gr sugar
- 300 gr butter
- 270 gr peanut butter chips
- 240 ml water
- 220 gr flour
- 200 gr powdered sugar
- 180 ml dairy sour cream
- 120 gr semisweet chocolate chips
- 80 ml milk
- 45 gr cocoa
- 5 gr baking soda
- 4 gr vanilla
- 1 gr salt
shortening; cook on high for 1 minute. Stir until chips are melted and mixture is smooth. Do not use butter or margarine. Makes about 20 servings. ----
