Ingredients
- 18 hamburger buns split
- 1 chuck roast (boneless)
- 300 gr celery (chopped)
- 240 ml ketchup
- 240 ml barbecue sauce
- 240 ml water
- 120 gr onion (chopped)
- 30 ml vinegar
- 30 ml worcestershire sauce
- 28 gr brown sugar
- 3 gr chili powder
- 3 gr salt
- 2 gr garlic powder
- 1 gr pepper
In a slow cooker, combine the first dozen ingredients; mix well. Add roast. Cover and cook on high for 6-7 hours or until tender. Remove roast; cool. Shred meat and return to sauce; heat through. Use a slotted spoon to serve
