Ingredients
- 2 stalks green onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 200 gr chicken
- 180 gr broccoli flowerets
- 10 ml oil
- 10 ml chicken stock
- 5 ml wine
- 5 ml soy sauce
- 3 gr sugar
- 4 ml sesame oil
- 3 gr bean paste (hot)
- 1 gr szechwan pepper
- 1 gr cornstarch
Heat wok with oil, garlic, ginger over high heat and stir in chicken pieces. Cook for 2- 2.5 minutes. Add remainder of ingredients except blanched broccoli flowerets and cornstarch, and stir for a further 1-2 minutes. Mix well. Thicken and place chicken in center of a dish with broccoli on each side.
