Ingredients
- 2 bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 1 nonstick cooking spray
- 500 gr navy beans
- 500 gr kidney beans
- 450 gr pinto beans
- 250 gr tomatoes
- 16 ml olive oil
- 2 gr oregano
- 1 gr cumin
- 1 gr pepper
- 1 gr cayenne pepper
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add onion and peppers; saute until tender. Combine beans, tomatoes, oregano, cumin, and peppers in a 3 litre casserole coated with cooking spray. Cover and bake for 1 hour in 350 degree oven.
