Ingredients
- 6 heath bars
- 1 egg
- 450 gr brown sugar (light)
- 250 gr all purpose flour
- 230 gr buttermik
- 110 gr butter
- 65 gr nuts (chopped)
- 5 gr baking soda
- 2 gr vanilla extract
- 1 gr salt
Combine sugar and flour; cut in margarine. Reserve two third to 1 cup of mixture. Add egg buttermilk, soda, salt, and vanilla to remaining sugar mixture. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan. Top with reserved sugar mixture, nuts and heath bars. Bake 180ºC or 25-30 min dozen servings Pat Dwigans ----
