- 160 gr chocolate chips
- 140 gr flour
- 110 gr butter
- 85 gr brown sugar
- 75 gr sugar
- 60 gr walnuts
- 4 gr vanilla
- 2 gr baking soda
- 1 gr salt
- 1 ml water
Recipe by: Beverly Salinger, YMCG78A Preheat oven to 180ºC Blend butter, sugar and eggs until creamy. Add flour, baking soda and salt. Add a few drops of HOT water and blend well. Add nuts (optional) and vanilla. Drop by teaspoonsful onto greased pans. Bake 10-12 minutes. These are a crunchy and crumbly cookie. RECIPE COURTESY: My mom, Rose Salinger. ----
