Ingredients
- 17 mango
- 1/2 kiwi
- 150 gr strawberries
- 45 ml lime juice (fresh)
- 22 gr onion (red)
- 2 gr lime peel (grated)
- 1 gr ginger
- 6 slices turkey breast
In medium bowl, gently combine all salsa ingredients. Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors. Heat grill. When ready to cook, oil grill rack. Place turkey on gas grill over low heat or on charcoal grill, 4-6 inch from medium coals. Cook 8-10 minutes or until mo longer pink, turning once. Serve with salsa.
