- 150 gr cheddar cheese
- 130 gr flour wheat (whole)
- 75 gr butter
- 70 gr grn chilies
- 60 ml water
- 38 gr corn meal
- 16 ml milk
- 14 gr corn meal for topping
- 1 gr salt
slice into wedges to serve.
