Ingredients
- 2 blueberries
- 2 eggs
- 250 gr flour
- 200 gr sugar
- 120 ml milk
- 110 gr butter
- 9 gr baking powder
- 4 gr vanilla
- 1 gr salt
Sugar, for topping Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Mix until blended. Sift all dry ingredients, add alternately with milk and vanilla. Mash half cup blueberries; stir into batter. Add remaining whole berries. Grease tins or use liners. Pile batter high. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 190ÂșC for 30 minutes. Makes dozen muffins.
