Ingredients
- 3 soy sauce
- 1,200 ml warm water
- 375 gr wheat flour (whole)
- 190 gr buckwheat flour (roasted)
- 190 gr brown rice flour
- 150 gr corn meal
- 10 ml sesame oil
- 3 gr sea salt
Mix all ingredients well. Add oil, soy sauce, and enough water to form a thick batter (like a slightly soupy cereal). Spoon into oiled baking pans ( 3.75 X 7.5). Bake for 2 hours at 180ÂșC . Remove breads from pans, and turn upside-down in oven until dark brown.
