Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 3 lemons
- 1 lemon extract
- 400 gr powdered sugar
- 180 ml water
- 180 ml oil
- 90 gr lemon jello
- 1 package lemon cake mix
Combine cake mix and jello, add cold water. Add eggs one at a time. Add oil and lemon extract. Pour in lightly greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake in a preheated 160ÂșC oven. Bake for 30 minutes. While cake is baking, mix glaze ingredients. Pour over baked cake while hot from oven, after poking holes in cake.
