Ingredients
- 240 ml mayonnaise used on day (serving)
- 230 ml water chestnuts (sliced drained)
- 150 gr onion (finely chopped)
- 140 gr chicken (cooked diced)
- 100 gr celery (finely chopped)
- 1 package cream of mushroom soup usod
Cook the rice according to package directions. Mix together all ingredients exc ept the mayonnaise and soup and freeze.
When thawed, place mixture in 11 X 18 cm baking dish. Stir together the mayonn aise and the undiluted mushroom soup and spread the mixture over the top. Bake, covered, at 160ÂșC or 1 hour.
