- 5 egg (separated)
- 2 3/4 sides
- 350 gr bitter
- 200 gr sugar
- 170 gr butter
- 120 ml cream (heavy)
- 100 ml milk chocolate
- 70 gr butter
- 55 gr unsweetened chocolate (chopped)
- 18 gr almonds grind
chocolate in heavy saucepan over med-low heat, stir constantly til smooth. Pour into bowl & cool slightly. Add sugar, yolk & almond s s. at room temp before serving.) Transfer to platter. Garnish.
