Ingredients
- 1 salt water
- 1 unbaked pie shell
- 375 gr zucchini
- 240 ml warm water
- 200 gr brown
- 5 ml cream of tartar
- 3 gr cinnamon
---------------------STREUSEL TOPPING-------------------- half c Sugar half c Flour half c Butter Parboil prepared zucchini in salt water until tender.Drain; put in bowl.Add warm water,sugar,cinnamon and cream of tartar. Place in unbaked pie shell.Bake half hour @ 350 degrees.Top with Streusel Topping mixture.Return to oven for half to 0.75 hour.Tastes just like apple pie. ----
