Using ingredient boston lettuce heads

French Mushroom Salad

• 12 mushrooms
• 12 pearl onions
• 2 boston lettuce heads
• 2 tomatoes
• 2 celery stalks
• 1 lemon
• 1 sprig thyme (fresh)
• 1 bay leaf
• 240 ml olive oil
• 120 ml oil till sof set aside to drain
