Ingredients
- 12 mushrooms
- 12 pearl onions
- 2 boston lettuce heads
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 celery stalks
- 1 lemon
- 1 sprig thyme (fresh)
- 1 bay leaf
- 240 ml olive oil
- 120 ml oil till sof set aside to drain
- 110 ml dry wine (white)
- 12 gr tomato paste
- 2 gr coriander seeds
- 1/4 slices lettuce
Remove mushrooms to a shallow dish & bring remaining ingredients to a rapid boil for 4 minutes. Pour over mushrooms & chill till ready to serve. Vegetarian Times Cookbook"
