• 4 cans black eyed peas (drained)
• 2 beef bouillon (cubes)
• 1 garlic clove (minced)
• 700 ml water
• 350 gr swiss
• 300 gr tomatoes (chopped)
• 120 gr onion (chopped)
• 18 gr jalapenos (finely chopped)
• 1 gr black pepper (freshly ground)
