• 80 ml orange juice
• 16 ml honey
• 5 gr wheat germ

• 1 ginger root (finely chopped)
• 1 lemon
• 230 ml carton yogurt (plain)
• 3 gr turmeric (ground)
• 3 gr salt
• 1 gr cumin (ground)
• 1 gr coriander (ground)
