• 1 garlic clove (finely chopped)
• 1 lemon zest (finely grated)
• 1 orange zest (finely grated)
• 110 gr pickling onions
• 90 gr chicken breast fillets with skin on
• 150 ml chicken stock (fresh)
• 45 ml orange juice
• 45 ml lemon juice
• 30 ml vegetable oil
• 30 ml clear honey
