- 90 gr coarsely leeks (chopped)
- 65 gr shallots
- 8 gr black peppercorns (whole)
Mushroom Spread
- 1 garlic clove (peeled)
- 120 gr mushrooms
- 90 gr coarsely leeks (chopped)
- 30 ml squeezed lemon juice (freshly)
- 30 ml olive oil
- 2 ml prepared mustard
- 1 gr leaf oregano (dried)
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr prepared horseradish
