- 250 gr carrots
- 110 gr onions (yellow)
- 90 gr coarsely leeks (chopped)
- 65 gr shallots
- 8 gr black peppercorns (whole)

- 2 fish in (cut)
- 3,800 ml water
- 500 gr shrimp
- 475 ml wine (white)
- 350 gr onion (chopped)
- 230 gr tomatoes (chopped)
- 190 gr carrots (chopped)
