- 1 pepper (freshly ground white)
- 1,900 ml chicken broth
- 140 gr chicken (diced cooked)
- 120 ml lemon juice (fresh)
- 120 gr long rice (cooked grain)
- 95 gr carrot (shredded)
- 60 gr onion (chopped)
- 55 gr butter
