• 1/2 crumb mixture in an oiled
• 250 gr tofu
• 180 gr am sesame tahini
• 160 gr maple syrup
• 130 gr am wheat pastry flour (whole)
• 60 gr slivered almonds
• 60 gr ricotta cheese
