Ingredients
- 1/2 am oat bran
- 1/2 am oat flakes
- 1/2 carob powder
- 1/2 crumb mixture in an oiled
- 250 gr tofu
- 180 gr am sesame tahini
- 160 gr maple syrup
- 130 gr am wheat pastry flour (whole)
- 60 gr slivered almonds
- 60 gr ricotta cheese
- 30 ml water
- 16 gr rice syrup
- 4 gr vanilla
- 1 gr almond extract
remaining crumb mixture. Bake at 180ºC . for 30-35 minutes or until golden. Cool and cut into squares. SUGGESTION: If crumb mixture does not stick together, add a little oil.
