- 1,900 ml wine (red)
- 475 ml cider vinegar
Wine Cream Roll
- 5 eggs
- 270 gr granulated sugar
- 240 ml dry wine (white)
- 190 gr currant jelly
- 130 gr cake flour
- 80 ml water
- 45 gr butter
- 16 gr cornstarch
- 16 ml lemon juice
- 12 gr cornstarch
