• 1/2 melted lard
• 120 gr strong bread flour (white)
• 120 ml warm water
• 20 gr raisins
• 16 gr sultanas
• 16 gr currents
• 12 gr candied peel (chopped)
• 6 gr easy-blend yeast
• 1 gr salt
