- 20 cm
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 1 lime rind (grated)
- 1 icing sugar for dusting
- 1/2 sachet yeast (dried)
- 230 ml hand water approx (hot)
- 210 gr redcurrants stalks removed
- 190 gr strong bread flour
- 90 gr almonds (ground)
- 75 ml single cream
Wiltshire Lardy Cake
- 1/2 melted lard
- 120 gr strong bread flour (white)
- 120 ml warm water
- 20 gr raisins
- 16 gr sultanas
- 16 gr currents
- 12 gr candied peel (chopped)
- 6 gr easy-blend yeast
- 1 gr salt
